Through art and/or writing workshops I will help you to find your Muse, that inner cheerleader we all have, but often disregard. You will discover your unique inner wisdom and learn that creativity is an important tool for your mindfulness toolbox! I am passionate about supporting those who feel as if they have had to hide their true voice from the world. No art, painting or writing experience needed for any of my workshops – I promise!
My goal is for you to walk away from every class or workshop feeling inspired, empowered, witnessed, and at ease within.
