I am a personal chef with 25+ years of cooking experience. I work with individuals and families, preparing healthy meals that are ready to heat and serve. I’m inspired by local, seasonal organic produce and flavors from around the world. My specialty is making dietary restrictions easy and delicious to follow. Common eating strategies that I’ve worked with include vegan and vegetarian, keto, paleo, Weston-Price, Wahl’s Protocol, gluten free, food allergies, low fat, low FODMAP, raw food, and low histamine. I can also track macros or make sure your meals meet any nutritional goals you have.

I attended culinary school in San Francisco and have cooked in Hawaii, Northern California, and Oregon. Some of my past experiences include owning restaurants, catering concerts and vending at large events, providing meals for various retreats and camping trips for small groups, and menu consultation and planning.
